Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sabitrade, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this platform.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Sabitrade for personal or commercial trading purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Sabitrade.

Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk. You acknowledge that trading decisions are your own responsibility. Sabitrade provides intelligence and tools, but does not provide financial advice. Past performance of tracked wallets does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Copy Trading Disclaimer

Copy trading features are provided as-is. While we implement safety measures and risk controls, you are ultimately responsible for all trades executed through our platform. We do not guarantee profits and you may incur losses. Always use appropriate risk management.

Fees and Payments

Sabitrade charges a 1% trading fee on all buy and sell transactions executed through our copy trading features. Subscription fees (if applicable) are charged monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Sabitrade and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
